Shipping & Returns

 

How long does it take to ship an instock item?

An instock item will be shipped within 5 working days, although it is most often shipped the same or next day.  

 

How long does it take to ship a custom item?

Custom orders tend to take up to 21 days to make and dispatch.  

How are items shipped?

Unless specifically agreed all items being dispatched within the UK are send via 2nd class Royal Mail.  If you wish to upgrade to 1st class or a tracked service, please contact me to discuss and arrange for additional costs to be invoiced to you. 

How are overseas items shipped?

Overseas items are sent via Royal Mail International standard postage.  Where applicable a CN22 Customs Declaration will be attached to your parcel.  Customs and import taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the Customer , and are determined by the recipient Country’s import laws.

 

If you wish to upgrade to an international tracked service, please contact me to discuss and arrange for additional costs to be invoiced to you. 

 

What payment methods do you accept?
Purchases processed via my online shop can be made by credit or debit card, and Paypal

 

What if I am not happy with my purchase?
If you are not happy with your Fleabubs & Lala purchase, it can be returned, without question.  By law you are entitled to a 14 day cancellation period, during which time you would need to notify me of your intent to return.  In the first instance, please contact me at fleabubsbylala@live.co.uk to discuss reasons for your dissatisfaction and will make attempts to rectify any given situation to the best of my ability.  

 

How do I return my item?

With the exception of faulty items, any return must be in the original condition it was received, and un-used.  Items are to be returned, at the Customer’s cost unless specifically agreed otherwise, to:

I recommend that you use a tracked service, or obtain proof of postage.

 

How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will not be processed until the return item has been received and inspected by myself.  Please allow 14 days for a refund to be processed.  Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment that you have used.

If your experience was not as you would have expected, please contact me in the first instance to see if I am able to resolve any issues.  Whilst I will not delete a negative review or comment I do feel that in the essence of fairness an opportunity to resolve privately should have been visited.

How do I arrange a custom dye?

Do you offer discounts?

At times I will have promotions running on my Facebook to Instagram page, and will notify of any discounts using these platforms.  If you are placing a large, repeat order, feel free to get in touch and we can discuss terms going forward.

What are your opening times?

Essentially I am a work at home Mum, so I fit my work around my family.  I have set open hours of 9am until 3pm, whilst my children are at school, but more often than not I work outside of these hours....and then some!!

I sent a message, when can I expect a reply?

I try to reply within 48 hours, where possible.  Often I will respond within a couple of hours, but I do try and keep my work time to a minimum during evenings, weekends and bank holidays.  Please be respectful that I am a one woman show, and have to wear many, many hats to keep Fleabubs & Lala running, so if I have not responded within an acceptable timeframe, a little nudge will suffice.

Is your studio open to the public?

No.  It is part of our family home and as such is not open to the public.

Are you exhibiting at any 2018 shows?

Currently I am not booked into any shows in 2018, although I will be applying for Yarndale in September, and may consider a couple of other options
